Solid - All construction will be sound. When faced with a decision between more solid construction vs saving time or money we will choose to build more solid construction. We follow construction code and build above and beyond to make sure our work lasts as long as possible. Build a strong foundation and follow structural bearing with complete integrity. Communication - We state our intentions, our inhibitions as clearly as possible. We speak to all coworkers, customers, and community members with full respect. Let each other know how you are feeling, what you are doing, what comes next. Create goals
